The major innovation of this model is the new VEN13 braking system with Adaptive Brake Assistant. The brake assistant (similar to an ABS system) is adjustable from neutral (driver modulates brake by feel) to anti-lock setting. You can now prevent the wheels from locking by making appropriate adjustments based on track conditions and tire hardness. A great advantage when braking, especially when braking late and, of course, in wet conditions.

The bodywork has been completely redesigned and fitted with a new sticker kit. The side pods have also been made lighter.
