Scope of Delivery

• Displacement / Cylinder: 125 ccm, compliant kart gear engine for KZ chassis. 

• Gearbox: 6-speed gearbox — classic for KZ/shifter karts, with gear changes via a gear lever. 

• Carburetor: Comes standard with a Dell'Orto VHSH 30 carburetor

• Ignition: Delivered standard with digital ignition (e.g., “Selettra” ignition). 

• Exhaust / Silencer: Scope of delivery includes homologated exhaust and homologated rear silencer — important for competition homologation. 

• Engine Housing & Materials: Aluminum block with reinforced or hardened cylinder (often nickel-silicon coated), steel components, and precision-machined crankcase for stability & durability. 

According to the manufacturer, the KZ-R3 offers various improvements over its predecessor KZ-R2

• New, more compact clutch with higher torque transmission — more reliability and performance with a compact design.

• Revised primary gear ratio (redesigned tooth profile and new ratio values) — results in improved mechanical efficiency.
